What are currently the best websites to look for cheap flights?
liligo.fr is OK, but doesn’t allow to specify “this date is flexible”, and the listing of the results doesn’t provide a lot of info.

Travel over land if you can, but if you can’t, I found http://www.travelselect.com/ used to be pretty good. Erk! It seems lastminute.com have bought and closed it. I wonder if they’re any good.

I sometimes use Kelkoo but it may not be always the cheapest and does not have the feature you want… Where do you want to go?

http://www.checkfelix.at/ (de_AT, but there’s an english version at http://www.checkfelix.at/en/flighsearch/flights.html )
http://www.vuelosbaratos.es/ (es_ES, english version at http://www.vuelosbaratos.es/en/ )
and sometimes the website of airlines have cheaper flights than all those “cheap flight search engines”
I use amadeus.net
I found http://www.kayak.co.uk/ convenient as well
I don’t know if it will do anything other than Danish, but the UI is intuitive enough and it’s real fast: Momondo.
You won’t be surprised if I propose http://fr.voyage.yahoo.com/ but give also a try to anyway and kayak: the last one offers a matrix view coupled with date flexibility (but requires sign up to get these functions)
Hi Lucas; we will implement lots of features seem to be missing from Liligo this summer. In the meantime I do recommend http://www.kayak.com as my favorite pick (after Liligo of course :) ).
I just discovered a new search engine:
http://www.kinkaa.de/ (de_DE, english version at http://kinkaa.com/ ) – searches with “+/- 3 days” and offers an email notification (not tested yet)
What about EFlight?
